In 2009 she joined Circle of Lords, a Luxury Tailor Made Tour Operator & Concierge Services Specialist company based in London and was appointed Chief Operation Officer, also occupying a role on the Board of Directors.

Due to the increasing demand from clients for high profile domestic staff on permanent contracts, Milena together with the partners of Circle of Lords set up Xerendipity Corporation, a high profile Domestic Staff Recruitment company and took on the role of Operations and Human Resources Director.
