Professional Background

In 2008, together with a group of investors, he founded Circle of Lords, a Luxury Tailor Made Tour Operator & Concierge Services Specialist company based in London and took on the role of Managing Director, also serving as Board of Directors Member.

Together with the partners of Circle of Lords, he established Xerendipity Corporation, an high-profile Household Staff Recruitment company and took on the role of Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of Board of Directors.

Francesco has an engineering background and has built his career in the international arena with over 30 years experience in Luxury Hospitality, including five as a member of the executive team of luxury resorts in the Maldives. He has held several senior roles as General Manager of 5 Star Luxury Hotels and Resorts in Florida, Maldives and Nigeria.
